Qualifications:

Newly Qualified CA(SA)
Budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, advanced excel
Finance ERP, retail knowledge

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Pricing: Set the annual budget for head office and stores and review monthly performance and update the forecast accordingly.
Forecasting and Feasibility: Understand feasibility studies for new stores to determine if stores should be opened or not.
Signing off of Payments: Signing off of payments related to clearing, duties, rent, expenses, import suppliers, PAYE and online payments to ensure payments are made on time, addressing any queries regarding payments as necessary.
Price Matrix for all Stores: Review the price matrix for all corporate and all stores to ensure the forecasted profit margin.
Validate current matrix factors and update matrix and prices as and when various factors on the matrix change.
