Management Accountant – Cape Town

LOCATION: Cape Town
SALARY AND BENEFITS: R450 000 - R550 000 CTC neg based on experience
The Management Accountant will be operationally involved across the Business, providing insight and guidance to assist in strategic decision making.This role will suit someone who enjoys being "hands-on" involved in the Business's finance operations. Strong knowledge and experience with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial analysis will be key to success in this role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:BCom Degree in Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting, or equivalentCIMA or studying towards is essential5 Years' experience as a Management AccountantExperience in one or all of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, banking, cash managementExperience with Syspro ERP system advantageousAdvanced Excel and PowerPointExperience in compiling and conducting presentations to Senior ManagersMust be willing to travel regionally at least once per monthRESPONSIBILITIES: The Management Accountant will act as a Finance Business Partner for their respective region. You will be responsible for the financial operations management for the region, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, modeling the financial impact within the Operational and Finance Business Unit, and providing financial insights and recommendations to reach regional organizational goals and objectives.
