? As a Managed Services Engineer L1, you will be responsible for supporting the Data Centre Infrastructure team with troubleshooting, switch configuration and configuration of access points.
You will work closely with our clients and be based on the client's site to help support their needs.
? Requirements Log and attend to tickets using clients ticketing tool.
Handle service requests.
Monitor network via monitoring tool.
Troubleshoot network issues.
Prep and install Cisco switches and Access points.
Update documentation.
Liaise and co-ordinate with third party contractors/vendors.
Be willing to work on a shift basis, and overtime on certain weekends.
Based at client site within the Uitenhage area.
? Qualifications Matric certification Diploma/degree in IT or relevant field CCNA certification (essential) ITIL certification (essential) 1 - 2 years work experience in a similar role 1 - 2 years experience working with third party vendors Drivers license (essential)
