Inspect and troubleshoot issues in various systems and equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a maintenance worker, plumber, electrician or carpenter.
Strong knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license.
Certification or vocational training in plumbing or electrical work.
Experience with HVAC systems.
