Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, based in Cookhouse (Eastern Cape). Successful candidate will run and manage all electrical and mechanical systems and implement and maintain an effective preventative maintenance programme to minimise breakdowns. Minimum Requirements:- Matric essential Qualified Artisan / Millwright Certificate (essential for this role) Trade Certificate Dairy experience advantageous Minimum 2 years' experience in a Manufacturing environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Problem-solver Team player with excellent communication skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding production environment Ability to adapt to change shift times, priorities and responsibilities Able to drive through for call-outs outside of shift times Duties:- Equipment Maintenance Electrical Maintenance Installation and Setup Troubleshooting Preventative Maintenance Spare Parts Management Safety Compliance Documentation Maintenance
