Maintenance Technician

Minimum Requirements: Building Maintenance: Experience in general maintenance and upkeep of the companys buildings. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or HVAC systems will be beneficial.Purchasing and Supplier Relations: Sourcing materials and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.Logistics: The role includes managing deliveries and collections.Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.Licenses & Transportation: A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation is essential to the role.Clear background check. Physical Ability: The role demands physical fitness, as it involves manual labor such as lifting, moving equipment, and conducting repairs.Work Ethic: A hardworking and reliable individual who is capable of multitasking and managing different maintenance needs efficiently.Personality Traits: A strong and assertive personality with the ability to negotiate and work independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
