Maintenance Supervisor

At least 2 years experience in Maintenance/Supervisor field.

Responsibilities:

Provide the General Manager with regular written and verbal feedback.
Ensure systems are updated as per company policy and procedures.
Ensure that tasks are performed as set out in daily briefings.
Assist all other staff in the performance of maintenance tasks.
Allocate job sheets daily to staff and follow up at the end of the day on completion.
Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard at all times.
Check that all tasks are carried out as per your instructions.
Respond quickly to areas of concern.
Be hands-on regarding preventative maintenance.
Have knowledge of tiling, plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry.

Job Information:
Job Type: ContractContract length: 12 months.
Pay: From R7,000.00 per month.
Location:

Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
