Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will ensure that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operationsMonitor and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutionPerform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needsCoordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance projectsMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentManage relationships with external vendors and contractorsImplement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environmentMaintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as requiredTrain and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledgeRequirementsPrevious experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar roleStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExtensive knowledge of maintenance techniques and proceduresExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenanceAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projectsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plusAbility to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations
