Able to work shifts   KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS Responsible for the capturing and reconciling of accurate records on the maintenance system, Job cards and task lists daily Ensuring all delivery notes/receipt or notes are processed accordingly on the system (GRN) Ordering of all tools, parts or consumables for the workshop  Requesting quotations from all suppliers Ensuring the spare parts system is being managed and updated daily, and purchased list is up to date.
Accuracy and timely capturing of data and maintaining smooth operations with adequate levels of stock available.
