Skanska, one of the world's leading project development facilities management and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.Working on a significant MoD facilities management contract near Watford, the role will see you reporting to the Senior Document Controller and will be responsible for the planning of all works associated with planned maintenance for the site, buildings, assets, and utilities. Tasks include the preparation of tasks and schedules within the site CAFM system and associated trackers in supporting the delivery of planned maintenance across the estate.You will:Develop and implement the site maintenance programs for planned maintenance, statutory inspections, professional and non-professional inspections, and technical compliance as delegated for the site services and assets.Continuously monitor the PPM schedule for all works delivered by the Asset & Engineering (A&E) team.Ensure that the CAFM systems and associated trackers are loaded with the correct tasks, frequencies, and asset history.Review O&M manuals to ensure assets, plant, and equipment are correctly categorized in the CAFM system and associated trackers to ensure appropriate maintenance tasks are scheduled correctly.Provide management and support as necessary to the future CAFM system technical refresh including appropriate process mapping of planned and reactive maintenance tasks and system development to meet the needs of the A&E Ops team.Support the transfer from the old to new CAFM system and evaluate the operational performance to confirm conformity.Ensure that sub-contract PPM programme and attendances are aligned to the PFI annual PPM programme.We are looking for:Experience in a similar scheduling or maintenance planning role.Communication: providing documents and reports that are clear, precise, and understandable when presenting data.Experience using CAFM Databases (e.g. Concept Evolution) would be useful.Highly versatile with Microsoft Excel and experience with O365 applications.Problem solving/analysis: understanding of complex issues and problems.Strong numerical skills (Mathematical, Logic, Statistics).Equal opportunities: We thrive through embracing differences, whether they be social backgrounds, ethnicity, disability, gender identity or expression, age, religion, sexual orientation, and any other protected characteristic - we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
