Job Description:Responsibilities include:
Daily planning of maintenanceEnsure loading of details of spares required on work ordersExpedite the work order closure rateAudits and inspectionsTechnical support to artisans when neededCo-ordinate pre-maintenance meetings with artisans and managerReporting of down time analysis and outstanding purchase ordersManage administration of DMS, updating of feedback of services and job cards and loading of ordersFollow up on open job cardsQualifications:Minimum qualifications include:
Matric is essential. A tertiary qualification in maintenance planning or related function is an advantage.3 years' experience in high-speed production maintenance.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong numeracy and administration skills.Be accurate and pay attention to detail.Strong organizing and planning skills.Able to solve problems and implement solutions to deliver positive business outcomes.Computer skills (MS Office and in-house computer systems).How to Apply:To apply:
