The Maintenance Planner is part of the leadership team and plans, coordinates maintenance functions and activities. Ensures inventory and external services are readily available as and when needed to fulfill all the contractual requirements with the customer.
Key Accountabilities: Maintenance System Management Planned maintenance scheduling and job card management Inventory management Document control Capex support and project planning Your Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning: Maintain the Equipment Register Produce, review and deliver Service Plans to ensure maintenance KPIs are met. Job Cards: Creation Distribution Capturing / scanning Month-end reports Scheduling: Quality task scheduling Safety task scheduling Inventory Control: Material usage Stock list Receipt of goods Booking parts into stores Procurement & Logistics: Supplier relationship management & negotiation for onboarding RFQ PO reqs SPA (Backup) Expediting Logistics / transport of all goods Collections from local suppliers Customer CAPEX Support: Procurement Customer PO receipt & hand-over Appointed Laboratory Document Controller (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) What You Bring: The Maintenance Planner brings his/her experience to control the maintenance planning effort and continuously validate the effectiveness, making changes where needed and collaborating with the maintenance team. The function draws on a solid technical background in a similar environment complemented strongly with professional planning and organizing skills.
