Maintenance Planner

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, customer centric individual to join the Maintenance Team at Amaro Foods at our Killarney Gardens and Montague Facilities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesComply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements and food safety requirementsEnsure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest controlOverall management and reporting of and from the CMMSAssist with asset registers – asset tagging the machines and ensuring the information is accurately recordedAssist in drafting the relevant maintenance plans for machine optimizationMaintain manual libraryWeekly/Monthly reports to be sent to Maintenance managers and Group Engineering managerSchedule the following weeks PM and ad hoc job cards in conjunction with Maintenance managersPlan large jobs (Spares, Tools, required assistance) in conjunction with maintenance teamEnsure feedback is of the correct quality (Audits on feedback and job cards)Escalation to Maintenance manager and Engineering manager where necessaryRoot cause analysis of scheduling problems/ work not being completedDevelop time estimations for work schedulesEnsure Preventative Maintenance schedules are in place as per maintenance strategy for all equipmentAssist with over inspections to be carried out on completed jobs and artisans assigned areasAnalyze data and reports from CMMSLive the brand by living our core valuesAlways striving to do your bestDesired Experience & QualificationN6 Qualification (Preferred)Relevant Engineering Diploma/ degree advantageous2 years on planning or similar experienceBasic mechanical and electrical knowledgePlease quote the following reference number on your application in the subject line: AMAMPL001Successful applicants shall receive communication from the Human Capital Office by 12 April 2024.
