UPCOMING OPPORTUNITYPurpose of Role:To coordinate effective maintenance, planning and scheduling practices to ensure efficient resourcing, timeous communication and efficient execution of maintenance activities to improve machine efficiencies and reduce downtime.Key Responsibilities:Create work orders and close off as work is completedInvestigate equipment to gain understanding of work to be doneDefine & co-ordinate required resourcesSchedule work in conjunction with production, planning and workshopsGenerate long term maintenance planDraw up schedule of workAdministrationUpdate master data & bill of materialsPrioritise work in conjunction with stakeholdersCoordinate meetings prior to and post maintenanceQualifications:National Diploma or Engineering DegreeN6 Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)Knowledge:Maintenance work management, planning and schedulingScheduling work in the EAMSKnowledge and experience in use of computerised maintenance mangement systemRoot Cause Analysis processPractical data analyticsExperience:3 years' technical experience3 - 5 years' experience as maintenance planner in a high speed component manufacturing environmentExperience in analysing performance trendsCompetencies:Computer literatePlanning and Coordination SkillsInterpersonal skills at all levelsCommunicationProblem solving and Root Cause AnalysisTechnical proficiencyAdministration proficiencyDecision making abilityCLOSING DATE - 30 August 2024If you have not received feedback from us within 6 weeks of the closing date please consider your application unsuccessful'.
