The focus lies on bringing value to customers through high-performing products that increase productivity and safety as well as to provide services and flexible maintenance programs that extend uptime and cut costs.The Role:To ensure optimal availability of relevant machine spares/equipment through efficient maintenance planning and schedules and to identify and record machine component norms for Performance Contracts.Key Responsibilities:Reconditioning of spares and material are co-coordinated to ensure availability, flow & to prevent backlog of reconditioning ordersMaterial & spares availability to be in accordance with the relevant specificationsProvide feedback on a continuous basis to keep key receivers informed of progressCompile performance & status reports for relevant key role-players on an ongoing basisRegularly update equipment & spares register on the planning system according to the department's needsProfile Required:Degree or Diploma in Engineering QualificationAdvanced Computer literacyProject Management Certificate (advantageous)Knowledge of Core Application systemsManagement / Supervisory experience (advantageous)Experience in maintenance planning (3 years)Inventory Planning and ManagementTrackless mining experience (advantageous)Valid driver's licensePhysical & Medical ability to function in an underground mining environmentWill be required to travelAfter hours remote support may be requiredPlease note: Should you not receive any response from us within 14 days, your application has been unsuccessful; we however thank you for your interest in our company.In Line with our EE Plan: HDSA (Historically disadvantaged South African) candidates will be given first preference.Health Requirements: You must be physically and medically fit to work in a mining environment including meeting all customer vaccination requirements.
