Maintenance Operative In East London

Clearfield are partnering with an established maintenance contractor, who are looking for experienced maintenance operatives to cover sites in East London working on pubs, bars, and clubs primarily.Whilst an element of the work is scheduled, there will be reactive and call-out works to attend throughout each week.Suitable applicants must have:Driving LicenseSkills in Carpentry, painting/decorating, tiling. Experience in floor laying is beneficialCan be flexible with travel between sitesCompliment of tools to carry out trades aboveProfessional manner, a majority of work will be customer/client facingHours: Initially Monday-Friday, with a minimum of an 8hr working day (Additional hours via call-outs are available)Patch: Projected works will be in East LondonSuccessful candidates will be provided with:Company VanFuel cardCompany uniformTabletSuitable applicants will ideally have a background in maintenance, social housing, or multi-trade works.Please contact Reece Harte on 07823354601 or apply directly via the advert.
