Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure all hotel facilities are in excellent working condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues and esculate to management team
Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and respond to guest requests for repairs.
Maintain safety standards and ensure a high level of cleanliness in maintenance areas.
Requirements:
Matric
(Grade 12) is essential.
Previous experience in a maintenance role is required (preferably in a hospitality environment).
Own reliable transportation
is a must.
Ability to live within the
Franschhoek area
will be an advantage.
