Maintenance (Mechanical) Team Leader - Chemical Manufacturing

RPO Recruitment is currently representing a well-established chemical manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance (Mechanical) Team Leader.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of mechanical maintenance technicians.
Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Carry out hands-on mechanical maintenance tasks as needed.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations and improve maintenance practices.
Requirements BSC Mechanical or Bachelor of Engineer with majors in Mechanical engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior mechanical maintenance position, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
