Maintenance Manager | Limpopo | Private Game Reserve
We are seeking a highly motivated MAINTENANCE MANAGER with proven experience in leadership, administration, project management, and general building maintenance within the hospitality industry to join the team at this prestigious private game reserve located in Bela Bela, Limpopo
As ideal Candidate you will have:
Matric
Must be experienced/qualified in at least one of the following disciplines – Electrical (single and three phase), Refrigeration and air-conditioning
At least 5 Years previous experience as a Maintenance Manager
Attention to detail.
Reliability and adaptable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
Project Management skills essential
Stock System – Cimso – stock procurement and control
Valid RSA ID
Valid Driver's Licence + PDP
First Aid Level 3
Duties and Responsibilities:
General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.
Upkeep repairs of all public areas.
General Maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliances, tools and equipment.
Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.
Ensure quality control of maintenance and projects.
Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers.
Fleet Management of company vehicles.
Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Be available for Manager on Duty / First Aid call outs as per Duty Roster
Starting date: ASAP

Market related salary/package based on experience and skills
