Maintenance Manager Level 2 Global Grade 12

Key Output • Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk for Barloworld Equipment and our customers.
• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (includes management of HR value chain).
• Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.
• Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based & participative environment (experience in managing a service operation advantageous) (CRITICAL) • Sound business and financial acumen • Exposure to business planning / budgeting processes • Sound HR and IR skills • Sound knowledge of the Minerals Act (with sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations) • Sound business communication and presentation skills • Sound PC knowledge (Microsoft Office) • Good interpersonal skills to develop internal and external customer relations.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies • Matric or Equivalent • Track record as a workshop supervisor/manager and demonstrated skills in business development, financial management and leading/managing people in a team –based and participative environment, 5 -7 Years experience.
