Maintenance Manager (Junior To Mid Level)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment on the property. Ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of safety and functionality. Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Perform regular inspections of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimizing disruptions to operations.
