A well-known manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to join their Western Cape team This role will require a Mechanical Engineering qualification or a Trade Test Certification, and relevant experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
A GMR2.1 appointment is essential.
Your duties will include analysing and interpreting maintenance reports, planning preventive maintenance and conducting equipment audits.
Youll be implementing continuous improvement and safety measures to keep everyone happy and safe and be the go-to problem solver.
Safety is a top priority, and youll make sure occupational health and safety standards are exceptional.
Furthermore you will be showcasing your leadership skills through engineering projects and people management (e.g.
leading a team of artisans).
