Maintenance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective maintenance strategies, addressing both mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity. You will also diagnose equipment issues, supervise a skilled maintenance team, manage the availability of crucial spare parts, and ensure compliance with the relevant industry standards. To be considered, candidates should hold a relevant Engineering qualification (preferably a Red Seal Millwright or Electrician, with an N5 minimum) and bring at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems is required, with additional experience in the manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
