Maintenance Manager (Fast Food Retail Industry), East London 2024-06-12 - 2024-07-12 Permanent EL002766 Manufacturing, Production and Trades We are seeking a Maintenance Manager (Fast Food Retail Industry), for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with qualification in mechanical / electrical engineering / maintenanceMust be a qualified mechanical technician or electrical technicianAt least 5 years' experience in the food industryPrevious experience with refrigeration & kitchen equipment essentialValid driver's license and own vehicleHealth and safety understanding and compliance with SANS & franchise regulationsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Work on medium to high level maintenance jobs – refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical & equipment repairsNegotiating quotations and obtaining optimal pricesTracking maintenance tickets and ensure adherence to budget constraintsReport progress on all maintenance / project tasksReceiving, planning and executing maintenance on equipmentManage preventative maintenance scheduleAssigning schedules and delegating maintenance teamManage certification and servicing of all kitchen equipment within companies' expectation, operational requirements, franchisor requirements & external proceduresAdministration – maintenance ticket processing, ordering of smallware items, spares and equipmentNegotiating with suppliers regarding pricing Salary: Market relatedTo apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to ****** If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful
