Maintenance Manager (Fast Food Retail Industry), East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with qualification in mechanical / electrical engineering / maintenance Must be a qualified mechanical technician or electrical technician At least 5 years experience in the food industry Previous experience with refrigeration & kitchen equipment essential Valid drivers license and own vehicle Health and safety understanding and compliance with SANS & franchise regulations The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Work on medium to high level maintenance jobs refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical & equipment repairs Negotiating quotations and obtaining optimal prices Tracking maintenance tickets and ensure adherence to budget constraints Report progress on all maintenance / project tasks Receiving, planning and executing maintenance on equipment Manage preventative maintenance schedule Assigning schedules and delegating maintenance team Manage certification and servicing of all kitchen equipment within companies expectation, operational requirements, franchisor requirements & external procedures Administration maintenance ticket processing, ordering of smallware items, spares and equipment Negotiating with suppliers regarding pricing Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to
