Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager for an expatriate position.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the facility.
This role requires a hands-on approach, the ability to manage a team, and the flexibility to adapt to different cultural and work environments.
Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and technical systems within the facility.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and safely.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that require repair or maintenance.
Manage the procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure maintenance activities are not interrupted.
Implement safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations and international standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not interfere with production schedules.
Oversee the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring they meet operational standards.
Ensure all maintenance records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to optimize operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience working in an expatriate role or in a culturally diverse setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of international safety standards and local regulations.
Proficiency in maintenance management software is an advantage.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
