Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.
10 Years' experience in mechanical engineering in the manufacturing industry.
3 years' experience in a management role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and theories.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as CAD, MATLAB, or similar.
Working towards achieving C.C. (factories) within 3 years is a MUST.
Solid understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assist engineering managers in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects and effective maintenance programs.
Conduct research and analysis to support equipment maintenance planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop engineering solutions.
Assist in the preparation of engineering reports, documentation, and technical.
Perform engineering calculations and simulations to evaluate design feasibility.
Support the implementation and testing of engineering systems.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks on all engineering tasks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to ensure equipment reliability and achieving OEE.
