As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations at the company's manufacturing facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment and facilities, while also driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement maintenance management systems and strategies in line with organizational performance plans, budgets, and timelinesEnsure adequate resourcing for the Maintenance Team to achieve organizational goalsImplement maintenance systems to meet world-class standardsEstablish and maintain systems for measuring key aspects of maintenance management and developmentMonitor, measure, and report on maintenance issues, opportunities, and development plansManage and develop direct reporting staff, addressing training needsProvide leadership, mentorship, and motivational support to teamsSet, manage, and control departmental budgetsCollaborate with other managers to understand maintenance development needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectivesEnsure compliance with quality management, health and safety, legal, environmental, and duty of care requirementsDevelop and manage project plans for annual plant maintenance shutdowns, plant improvement capital expenditures, and projectsRequirementsDegree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) GCC (Preferable)Advanced Computer Literacy - MS Office, ERP (Sage) System5 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing plant in a similar roleStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices and reliability-centered maintenance principlesExperience leading and developing high-performing maintenance teamsProficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant softwareExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBenefits Salary: negotiableRPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
