Job Title: Maintenance Manager - Handyman Location: SandtonRemuneration: R480 000 per yearRequirements:Matric or Technical High school educationTertiary Technical qualification would be an advantageRed seal qualification: ElectricianProven experience as a maintenance managerExperience in the manufacturing industryStrong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.)A hands-on person who needs to get their hands dirtyResponsibilities:Overall maintenance of the plant in terms of appearance and repairs.Ensuring all equipment and fixtures, including shopfitting related items are in a good, clean, functional conditionInspecting facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance neededSupervising tradesmen/contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of materials and equipment, where applicableEnsuring adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.Performing monthly site inspections at all company stores, on a tacit agreement, within the Gauteng region and actioning where appropriateSalary: R35 000 R40 000 Depending on experience
