Maintenance Foreman

NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a skilled and driven Maintenance Foreman for an exciting opportunity in the FMCG sector in the Western Cape.
If you are a Trade Tested Fitter or Electrician, have over 5 years experience in FMCG environments, and possess hands-on technical expertise, this role could be your next career move In this role, you'll lead a team to ensure seamless operation of critical food processing equipment, balancing both electrical and mechanical systems to meet high standards of performance.
Key responsibilities include proactive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and optimization of refrigeration plants.
Your technical knowledge, particularly with food industry machinery and systems, will drive production efficiency and uphold audit-ready standards across the site.
With a minimum of 5-8 years in the industry and at least 3 years in a leadership position, you will bring strong judgment, exceptional time management, and a results-driven mind-set to the team.
Your leadership approach will focus on mentorship and accountability, ensuring that all direct reports are motivated, well-coordinated, and equipped to handle both day-to-day and emergency maintenance needs.
