Overview Description:Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company in the North-West region, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance operations of the mining site. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule maintenance activities for equipment and machinery
Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability

Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree/National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5 years' experience in the mining industry
3 years' experience in Chrome/PGM
Valid driver's license

Benefits:

Salary: R900 000p/a – R1,050,000
