A reputable company operating in the agricultural industry is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance operations across multiple production facilities. Success in this role is defined by the continuous improvement of equipment effectiveness through the implementation of efficient maintenance strategies. Qualifications: B.Eng. / B.Tech. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Relevant membership in Engineering or Facilities Management associations is advantageous Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role Prior experience in asset management, preferably in manufacturing or facility management Proven track record in project management, specifically in engineering and maintenance projects Expertise in optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Proficiency in risk management, including identifying and mitigating risks through Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Technical understanding of various maintenance methodologies and industry standards Experience in compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting structures Key Skills: Technical proficiency and knowledge of equipment maintenance Excellent communication and people management skills Effective planning and time management abilities Proactive teamwork and collaboration Familiarity with quality improvement methods Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to generate new ideas Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy Computer literacy, including proficiency in relevant software Reporting to: Business Manager (Projects & Engineering) If you're ready to take on a challenging role in the agricultural industry and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance operations, we encourage you to apply.
