Maintenance Engineer

A reputable company operating in the agricultural industry is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance operations across multiple production facilities.
Success in this role is defined by the continuous improvement of equipment effectiveness through the implementation of efficient maintenance strategies.Qualifications:B.Eng.
/ B.Tech.
degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial EngineeringRelevant membership in Engineering or Facilities Management associations is advantageousExperience:3-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance rolePrior experience in asset management, preferably in manufacturing or facility managementProven track record in project management, specifically in engineering and maintenance projectsExpertise in optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Proficiency in risk management, including identifying and mitigating risks through Preventive Maintenance (PPM)Technical understanding of various maintenance methodologies and industry standardsExperience in compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reporting structuresKey Skills:Technical proficiency and knowledge of equipment maintenanceExcellent communication and people management skillsEffective planning and time management abilitiesProactive teamwork and collaborationFamiliarity with quality improvement methodsInnovative problem-solving skills and ability to generate new ideasDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracyComputer literacy, including proficiency in relevant softwareReporting to: Business Manager (Projects & Engineering)If you're ready to take on a challenging role in the agricultural industry and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance operations, we encourage you to apply.
