Job Description: The focus of the role is to oversee all maintenance aspects at various production facilities in the agricultural industry. Success is evident in the continuous enhancement of equipment effectiveness through the successful execution of the maintenance strategies. Qualifications: B.Eng. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electric / Industrial) qualification. Relevant membership in Engineering, Facilities Management will be beneficial. 3 – 5 years' experience in a similar role. Asset management – Prior experience in a manufacturing industry / facility management will be beneficial. Project Management – Proven track record of engineering, maintenance, assets life cycles projects. Operation Performance - Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) optimisation. Risk Management – Identify possible risks and implement mitigation strategies (PPM). Technical experience – Understand various maintenance methodologies and industry best standards.
