Maintenance Engineer

Reference: SW004709-JM-1My Client, a nationally established group of companies, is looking to employ an energetic Maintenance Engineer with a relevant Degree to join their team!
The successful candidate will have relevant membership in Engineering and have at least three (3) years' experience in a similar role. Facilities Management experience will be beneficial.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe focus of the role is to oversee all maintenance aspects at various production facilities in the agricultural industry. Success is evident in the continuous enhancement of equipment effectiveness through the successful execution of the maintenance strategies.
QualificationsB.Eng. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electric / Industrial) qualificationRelevant membership in Engineering; Facilities Management experience will be beneficialExperience3 – 5 years' experience in a similar roleAsset management – Prior experience in a manufacturing industry / facility management will be beneficialProject Management – Proven track record of engineering, maintenance, assets life cycles projectsOperation Performance - Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) optimisationRisk Management – Identify possible risks and implement mitigation strategies (PPM)Technical experience – Understand various maintenance methodologies and industry best standardsAdministration - Compiling SOP's and reporting structuresKey SkillsTechnical skills and knowledge of equipmentGood communication and people management skillsEffective planning with time management skillsProactive teamwork and collaborationFamiliar with quality improvement methodsProblem solving through innovative solutions and generate new ideasDetail-oriented and data accuracyComputer literate
