If you have a strong background in maintenance engineering and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the maintenance activities within the manufacturing departmentConduct root cause analysis to address equipment issues and implement effective solutionsDesign and develop maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to optimize operationsEnsure that all machinery and equipment are continuously monitored and maintained to prevent breakdownsAdminister and control the department's maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectivenessRespond to equipment faults and perform routine scheduled maintenanceDiagnose and resolve breakdown problems efficientlyOversee the installation of new parts, ensuring equipment operates correctlyConduct quality inspections on completed maintenance tasksMaintain and manage maintenance tools, stores, and equipmentComply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act within the departmentExecute ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the managerMaximize plant availability and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsDemonstrated expertise in the implementation and management of maintenance systemsAt least 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environmentProficiency in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, AC inverters, and servomotor systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong self-motivation and discipline in executing tasksWillingness to work overtime when necessaryBenefitsSalary: negotiable.
