Qualification and Experience- Grade 12,- Millwright Trade Test Electrician (N3)- 3 years experience- Knowledge of and exposure to the FMCG industry- High speed packing machines, Manufacturing environmentResponsibilitiesMaintenance Management: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical machinery, ensuring optimal production efficiency.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and standards, safeguarding personnel and equipment from potential risks.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with production teams to minimize defects and losses due to machine-related issues.Communication: Facilitate effective information sharing among stakeholders for informed decision-making.Contractor Oversight: Monitor and manage external contractors to ensure adherence to standards and safety protocols.Teamwork: Contribute actively to team efforts and business objectives.Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections according to established procedures.Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment.Equipment Operation: Ensure safe and compliant operation of all machinery.Preventive Maintenance: Clean and maintain electrical panels, motors, and air conditioners.Installation: Install cables and trip wires as needed.Quality Control: Verify the functionality of safety and quality control devices.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with coding machines.Equipment Care: Use and maintain company equipment responsibly.Plant Upkeep: Ensure the plant and machinery are in good working condition.
