Maintenance Datacom Engineer

Major Compulsory Responsibilities
Responsible for routine network maintenance, fault locating, troubleshooting of datacom products.
Responsible for routine health check, network risk clearance, perform rectification and precaution check on datacom products.
Manage and handle the Maintenance operations on the datacom products.
Provide field maintenance and technical support for datacom product as per customer requests.
Provide pre-sales technical support for key projects related to datacom products and solutions as a service technical expert.


Competence & Qualification Requirements Service Skill Requirements HCIE or HCIP certificates are preferred. Good customer service awareness and strong internal and external communication and promotion capabilities. Strong learning and summary output capabilities, with a robust business understanding. Professional Knowledge Requirements Basic command of routing and switching principles, BGP, QoS, SRV6, EVPN, and VXLAN technologies. Familiarity with any datacom product, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, or familiarity with NCE knowledge, IT cloud computing, and virtualization technologies. General knowledge of at least one datacom product solution, such as IPRAN, telecom cloud bearer, and campus network. Required Education / Qualifications Degree in the relevant field. At least 3 years of working experience in implementing Telecom Projects. Fluent oral and written English. Familiarity with Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point. Good communication, behavior, and customer-centric skills should be possessed.
