Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance tasks and repairs for the hotel's facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.Supplier and Contractor Management: Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure necessary materials and services for maintenance projects.Inspection and Assessment: Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and equipment inventory. Prepare reports for management as needed.Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours situations, and coordinate appropriate solutions.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role.Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and technical aspects of building systems.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.Strong communication skills to interact professionally with staff, contractors, and suppliers.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance activities.
