Maintenance Attendant - Live-In

Job Type: Permanent Company Offer: Salary Live-In Accommodation Job Requirements: - Grade 12 - Must have Trade Test certificate with 4-6 years relevant experience - Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies and procedures - Valid Drivers licence and own transport would be an advantage - Must be flexible and motivated Main Responsibilities: Efficient maintenance of operational equipment Safe and effective running of all electrical machinery and equipment Conducting all assigned work in a satisfactory and competent manner Trouble shooting, electrical installations and modifications, safety and OSH Act compliance. New electrical installations Maintenance and fault finding on existing electrical equipment Assist with other tasks in maintenance department Maintenance on aircons and kitchen equipment
