Maintenance Administrator

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities across all properties and facilities.Track and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.Maintain accurate records and detailed logs of all maintenance work.Order and manage inventory for maintenance supplies and equipment.Communicate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.Support the facilities management team with additional tasks as required.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalent qualification (a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus).23 years of administration experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.Knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures.Why Join Us?As part of our hospitality group, youll be working in a vibrant, collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of our facilities.
