JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an intimate 5* lodge in Limpopo to recruit a highly organized and dynamic MAINTENANCE & ADMIN MANAGER COUPLE to join their team.
Skills Requirements - Maintenance Manager/Field Guide
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position at a Bush Based property.
A tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or Trade Certificate would be preferred.
Fgasa Level 1, PDP and First Aid certificate essential
Strong maintenance skill set, including electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical knowledge.
Oversee all maintenance and repair tasks, manage projects, and ensure the upkeep of lodge's facilities and equipment.
Ensure the smooth operation of our lodge facilities and provide exceptional service to guests
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Host guests and conduct guiding duties as needed.
Skills Requirements – Assistant Admin Manager/Field Guide
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position at a Bush Based property.
A tertiary qualification in Lodge Management or Administration would be preferred.
Working closely with the General Manager and Reservations Manager
Handling office administration tasks, including reservations and social media management
Managing check-in and check-out processes
Hosting guests and ensuring exceptional guest relations
Compiling and submitting monthly reports to the General Manager
Overseeing various departments, including kitchen and housekeeping
Valid Driver's license.
Salary – R35 000O Combined
Benefits – Meals (Subject to Occupancy), Live-in accommodation and Provident Fund
Work Cycle – 21 Days on, 7 Days off.
