Magnetic Particle Inspector Technician

Role Overview:We are seeking a qualified Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Technician to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on a variety of components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Conduct magnetic particle inspections in compliance with industry standards and company procedures.Interpret and evaluate testing results to identify defects or irregularities.Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records and reports.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.Qualifications:Certification in Magnetic Particle Inspection (e.g., ASNT Level II or equivalent).(Insert Years) of experience in non-destructive testing, specifically MPI.Strong knowledge of NDT codes, standards, and practices.Proficiency with MPI equipment and tools.Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
