In this thriving business, you will be kept very busy as their recruitment function continues to work at pace to fulfil the growing demands of the business. This role requires a strong Recruiter with a proven track record of working in a complex matrix organisation and working with multiple stakeholders. You will partner with the business as a subject matter expert for recruitment and talent attraction.
You will be recruiting for a broad range of vacancies, managing the process from start to finish including hiring manager briefings, resourcing, presenting shortlists, arranging interviews, and managing offers of employment, whilst keeping all systems fully updated.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing complex compensation offers and skilled to handle those more detailed and complex conversations with potential candidates.
About you:A proven track record working in an Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition capacityExperience of working in a complex matrix structureExposure to managing complex compensation offers with candidatesSkilled in developing talent pools and direct sourcing of candidatesProviding excellent customer service skills comes naturally to youEnthusiastic, proactive approach and positive mindsetAbility to build and manage a wide range of stakeholder relationshipsComfortable operating in a fast-paced role and adaptable to work through changeWhat is on offer?
