Machine Vision Solutions Application Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement machine vision solutions, ensuring seamless integration with PLCs and robotic systems.

Lead the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of vision systems in customer facilities.

Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Manage projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timelines, to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct on-site testing and validation of systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support and training to customers and internal staff.

Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in machine vision technologies.

Job Requirements Degree in: Machine Vision, Automation Technology, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: in PLCs, Robotics, and Vision systems is an essential requirement. Background: Manufacturing and automation environments, preferably in the motor vehicle industry, and experience managing projects. Proven excellence: in field engineering and customer service. Technical sales ability: with experience supporting sales teams in technical discussions. Software skills: in MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools. Experience: in AI and automation technologies is an advantage. Excellent command: of English, both verbal and written. Strong knowledge: of customer expectations and cross-functional team synergy. Valid driver's license: and willingness to frequently travel.
