Machine Sales Manager

Qualifications: Matric Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Requirements: Several years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in machinery or equipment sales Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is essential for this position Strong knowledge of the machinery and equipment industry, including understanding of technical specifications and applications The ability to lead and motivate a sales team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written The capacity to analyse sales data and market trends The ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities Strong Customer interactions, both internal and External Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Analyse sales data and trends to forecast future sales volumes, ensuring proper inventory management and production planning Develop a deep understanding of the machinery and equipment being sold to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management Ensure that all sales activities and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
