Machine Operator

Set-up, calibrate, maintain, and repair the AD 2360 W&H and AM Tuber 8115 W&H machinery and machine tools as neededRun test products to ensure quality and accuracy of production meets the set standardOversee machines, belts, any moving pieces during the production process and adjust speed or movements as neededAble to run open-mouth, stepped-end, hinge & pipe and small and big sacks.Run and maintain the required production speed, waste and quality levels.Keep a daily activity log of production notes (including totals, defects, etc.)Follow state health and safety regulations by wearing required equipment and protection as needed.REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Ability to speak EnglishAbility to work with the team and lead the teamHigh school diploma or an equivalent experience in the bag industry.5+ years of experience in a related manufacturing roleAble to read blueprints, sketches and/or computer-aided designsMust be computer literate.
