Job Description Summary of Functions Ensure beer is packaged to specification and meets production targets.Perform routine checks and report on equipment integrity.Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment on the packaging floor.CIP of required fillers, intermediate and final cleaning.Perform daily/weekly autonomous service of fillers.Ensure bottles are correctly batch printed.Communicate production issues to the team.Set up labeler for daily packaging runs.Perform stock checks if needed.Maintain housekeeping standards in his area of operation.Key Competencies and Attributes Operate plant and process equipment.Carry out basic machine maintenance.Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.Willing to work shifts assigned according to the schedule.Soft Skills Work in teams.Good record keeping.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Quality mindset.Authority Emergency response.Stop machine if out of product specification.Qualifications Grade 12.Experience Required 5 years in an FMCG environment as a Machine Operator.
