A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your applicationEMPLOYMENT TYPE : Temporary / ContractSECTOR : ManufacturingBASIC SALARY : R 59 R 65 hourly rate (depending on experience)START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years experience in a factory environment, with experience as a Machine Builder/AssemblerMust be healthy and fit for climbing ladders, stairs, pedestals, and working at heightsComputer literateSafety conscious; previous safety course preferredOwn transport required for regular and overtime workN4 Mechanical qualification, qualified Fitter/Millwright Artisan, with safety (NOSA), forklift, and MIG/TIG welding courses DUTIES:Make use of all electrical hand tools (Drill, Grinder , Tap Machine) include normal spanners and hand toolsBe able to use the following measuring equipment: Vernier, Angle Protractor, Squares, Spirit Levels and a Tape MeasureAssemble Gearboxes, Pulleys, Sprockets, Chains, Conveyors, Rollers, Bearing fitmentKnow the different types of Sheet Metal (Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Angle Iron, Tubing, Flat Bar, Channels, Sectional Material)Know all sorts of Fasteners, Bolts, Nuts, Screw, Rivet, Rivnuts, Tapping and Die Nut Cutting of ThreadsMust be Healthy and Fit to climbing up ladders, Stairs, Pedestals, Work at HeightsHOURS:Monday to Thursday: 7:55 17:00Fridays: 7:55 14:40Overtime
