Position: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: East London
Rate: c£400-450 a day
Are you an established M&E Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector? Would you relish the opportunity to work with one of the UK's most prestigious Data Centre contractors?
Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on a M&E package of around £100M. Working with contractors and extensive knowledge of Design and Build contracts would be advantageous, as would experience of pre and post contract projects from conception to final account handover.
Preferably, you should have experience within the Critical Systems and Data Centre sector.
